Commercial Projects:

Over the years, Jamie has worked in many different technical areas of sound from music production to engineering and recording, and as a result has a wide-ranging understanding of the processes involved in releasing music to a commercial standard. Jamie operated his music production studio for ten years from Different Fur, iconic San Francisco recording studios. Albums he produced were released by Warner Brothers, Sony and DogDay Records, among many other labels. “Bohemian Rap CD” by the Marginal Prophets — an album Jamie produced — won Best Rap Album at the California Music Awards.

2022
“Spank You”, a track Jamie produced for the Marginal Prophets in San Francisco was included on the soundtrack for “Woke”, a TV show on Hulu, written by and based on the life of Marginal Prophet and cartoonist, Keef Knight. The first episode in the second series of “Woke” aired on April 8th, 2022.

A final farewell to Berlin’s beloved Tegel airport with sound art created for Tegel’s public address system of more than 1000 loudspeakers. Featuring work by Susan Philipsz, Blixa Bargeld, Laurie Anderson and Emeka Ogboh.
