Observatory Place — New York
Dervla and Tod created the brand for Observatory Place, a LEED certified Green condo building in East Harlem, NYC. We worked with the architects and developers to communicate the spacious and light-filled atmosphere inside the apartments, and community amenities like the green roof. All printed materials were created with vegetable inks on recycled paper.
